Escape Drip Spa (“Escape Drip Spa,” “we,” “us,” “our) thank you for visiting our website (the “Site”) or mobile application (the “App”).  These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and the App and their related internet-based services, features, content, and functionality, including the Appointment Booking Service (the “Booking Service” and, together with the Site and the App, the “Service” or “Services”).

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, accepted, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

This Privacy Notice describes how Escape Drip Spa collects and uses Personal Data about you through the use of our Website, and through email, text, and other electronic communications between you and Escape Drip Spa.

Escape Drip Spa (“Escape Drip Spa” or “we” or “us”) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.

This Privacy Notice (our “Privacy Notice”) describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the website www.driphydration.com (the “Website”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

We understand in some cases you may need to cancel your scheduled appointment. Should you need to cancel and only have one service booked, you must notify the spa 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you cancel on the same day, you will be charged for 50% of the amount of the scheduled service. 

If you have two or more services booked, you must notify the spa 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointments. If you cancel on the same day as your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full amount of your scheduled services. 

In light of our cancellation policy, we will request credit card information at the time your appointments are scheduled. Should an emergency situation arise, please share that information with us. Each situation will be dealt with on an individual basis.

Missed appointments are not refundable. In the unusual event we are unable to provide our services to you because of our availability, a CREDIT or a REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED. Credits or refunds will not be provided to customers who are unsatisfied with the services.
